Skillroad AB, was established in 1996 by the author Lars Hesslind. (bio in Swedish).

Skillroads business idea is to produce educational software with an artistic touch within the pedagogic and cultural field.

Besides successful products used by thousands of schools and consumers throughout the world, Skillroad has been awarded many large educational projects in order to improve reading, public speaking, and creative writing in schools and business organisations.

The company is situated at the Epidemic of Art in the city of Gothenburg, Sweden. Besides skilful programmers the company has a staff of professional resources available consisting of authors, artists, illustrators, photographers, filmmakers, directors, stage designers, musicians and composers.

Skillroad is targeting the private consumer market, public sector, corporate business and schools with its products and services.
